Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your EMST Timer account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way: open EMST Timer, go to Settings > Account Settings, and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and profile information immediately — no waiting required.
Can't access the app? Request deletion by email
Email us from the address linked to your EMST Timer account. Using the button below pre-fills the subject line for you.
Please include the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm your request by replying, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email address, display name, and profile photo are permanently deleted.
- Your device's notification token is removed.
Your exercise session history — sets, reps, and ratings — is stored only on your device and isn't part of your account deletion, since we never receive it in the first place. To clear it, use the app's history options or uninstall the app. See our Privacy Policy for more on what we collect.
